The Chai Recipe That Blisses You Out

1 tbs loose leaf Pu-erh Tea of your choosing
6 oz Nut milk of your choosing
1 tbs Coconut oil or Ghee (optional)

    how to make 

    1. Add nut milk & Pu-erh tee to a pot and bring to a slow boil
    2. Pour over a strainer into blender with Shuteye Chai & optional healthy fat
    3. Blend until frothy & pour into your favorite mug
    4. Take a moment before your first sip to hold your mug at your center & find gratidude for something in your life
    5. Sip presently, enjoy thoroughly!
