Atum Fragrance

The ATUM collection tells several different stories of love, longing, and elemental forces that make our world the complex and lovely place we call home.

Founded in 2021 by Kristin Scott, a Texas-based fine artist and painter turned perfumer who approaches fragrance the same way she does art- infusing layer and composition through the use of unexpected elements.

RETURNS POLICY

Online Returns with Re:do

As a small business we can only offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. only goods that are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging are accepted. Our final sale items are the same as reflected above.

Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 using re:do at the time of purchase to later quality for free, unlimited returns on your order. If you do not purchase re:do at checkout, you will be responsible for all costs for your return.

SHIPPING

jones + co will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock.orders are shipped via usps, ups and fedex. we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it has been shipped. any damage to a received shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

1-2 business day expedited shipping is available at an additional rate of $25.00 USD for domestic orders only (excludes international shipping)

we strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but in small batch life in shop shelf life is swift. if an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. orders with sold out items will be refunded back to the original card, or the remaining order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.

we use 100% recycled & repurposed materials for all of our packing and shipping supplies in to transcend trash into treasure & minimize waste.
