PONSONT Incense Paper has been designed to be a simple luxury. Through the use of superior materials - Siam Benjoin, African Resins, Turkish Rose Otto, Aged Indonesian Patchouli - Ponsont frames these precious oils and resins in a unique and unconventional way. Handmade via a 16 step process, Ponsont incense paper uses the finest aromatic materials they can source.

Ponsont paper is made of tree-free cellulose and sourced from a 400 year-old French manufacturer. Their scents are developed and formulated in-house by founder and perfumer, Justin Vaughan.

• Le Patch: More Rue de la Pompe than Haight-Ashbury, Le Patch transcends the hippy clichés. Aged patchouli has a smoother profile, so we use the smooth stuff and round the edges with rose and benjoin resin. Très chic. Laissez les bâtons aux hippies.

RETURNS POLICY

Online Returns with Re:do

As a small business we can only offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. only goods that are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging are accepted. Our final sale items are the same as reflected above.

Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 using re:do at the time of purchase to later quality for free, unlimited returns on your order. If you do not purchase re:do at checkout, you will be responsible for all costs for your return.

jones + co will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock.orders are shipped via usps, ups and fedex. we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it has been shipped. any damage to a received shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

1-2 business day expedited shipping is available at an additional rate of $25.00 USD for domestic orders only (excludes international shipping)

we strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but in small batch life in shop shelf life is swift. if an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. orders with sold out items will be refunded back to the original card, or the remaining order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.
