Parasol Champagne Vinegar
Citrus, Zingy, Bright, and Effervescent. Parasol is a raw champage vinegar that has been double fermented using California’s chardonnay grapes as well as Navel and Valencia oranges. Enjoy it with salads, greens, chicken, seafood, cocktails, and shrubs. Plays nicely with Brightland’s Alive and Lucid.
Parasol comes in a lovely 200mL recyclable glass jar.
Ingredients: Vinegar (diluted with water to 5% acidity), Organic Cane Sugar, Navel and Valencia Oranges.
