RETURNS POLICY
Starting from December 1st, as part of the holiday season, we have extended our return policy. All returns must be made by January 3rd for store credit or exchanges only. Please note the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: The holiday return policy is applicable to all purchases made between December 1st and December 31st. Returns for Store Credit or Exchanges: We will only process returns for store credit or exchanges during the holiday season. Cash refunds will not be issued. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Return Process: To initiate a return, please review our return process and policy below using Re:Do Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishables, personalized products, and final sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received in damaged or defective condition. Please note that our regular return policy, outlined in our terms and conditions, will still apply to purchases made before and after the holiday season, outside the specified dates mentioned in this policy.
Online Returns with Re:do
As a small business we can only offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. only goods that are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging are accepted. Our final sale items are the same as reflected above.
Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 using re:do at the time of purchase to later quality for free, unlimited returns on your order. If you do not purchase re:do at checkout, you will be responsible for all costs for your return.

jones + co will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock.orders are shipped via usps, ups and fedex. we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it has been shipped. any damage to a received shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
1-2 business day expedited shipping is available at an additional rate of $25.00 USD for domestic orders only (excludes international shipping)
we strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but in small batch life in shop shelf life is swift. if an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. orders with sold out items will be refunded back to the original card, or the remaining order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.
