Refund policy
Our intention behind our return policy is to prioritize both people & planet. As a small business supporting other small business artisans, we operate on a seasonal, small batch basis to avoid overproduction that causes environmental waste. We thank you for contributing to a cycle that uplifts artisan craft, community coexistence, and the preservation of our planet. And, we recognize that sometimes a product doesn’t quite fit the way you desire it to!
Online Returns with Re:do
As a small business we can only offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. Only goods that are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging are accepted. Our final sale items are the same as reflected above. We cannot guarantee an exchange in the re:do portal until the item has been received. For all exchanges, once you have started the exchange process and it has been approved by Jones + Co., you must ship your return item(s) within 48 hours of approval. If we do not receive confirmation that the return is tracking, we cannot guarantee your exchanged item.
Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 using re:do at the time of purchase to later quality for free, unlimited returns on your order. If you do not purchase re:do at checkout, you will be responsible for all costs for your return.

Upon receiving your online order, kindly inspect it promptly. We request notification of any damaged or missing items within 24 hours of delivery. We are aware of the increasing instances of return fraud and are vigilant against various schemes and tactics aimed at manipulating or deceiving the returns process. Please be advised that any involvement in return fraud with an order from Jones + Co. will result in the order being ineligible for a refund under any circumstances.

In Store Returns
As a small business we can only offer exchanges or store credit. If you wish to return your items, we are happy to assist within 7 days for in-store purchases. All goods & clothing that are returned must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. Final sale items: beauty + skincare, wellness + food products, undies, socks, vintage, and sale items.
If you wish to return an item that was purchased using a Jones + Co. store credit/gift card, we can only honor a same-day exchange.
