We completely understand you may have changed your mind. Items may not work in your space as you envisioned or perhaps you have a bit of buyers remorse (we’ve all been there). We want you to be excited about what you purchased, so if something isn’t right – tell us! We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Your Jones + Co team
We will gladly issue a refund, store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package. Your refund will be reduced by a 10% of the purchase price a return an item.
All returns must be approved by JONES + CO Before shipping back your return, contact us at JONES + CO and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured.
- Custom orders that are made to order pieces just for you are final sale
- Vintage is final sale ‘cause ya know… it’s vintage.
- POP-UP Sales are final sale - (with one exception you can exchanged an item on the same day only.)
- All sale and discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned for credit.
- JONES + CO is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
