PLEASE BE SURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS SECURE - JONES + CO is not responsible for packages after they are delivered to the requested address.
- JONES + CO will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock.
- Orders are shipped via USPS and FEDEX - If you need expedited shipping we can handle that, just call or email us. Please note there will be additional shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it has been shipped.
- Any damage to a received shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
We strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but item availability is not guaranteed. if an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. orders with sold out items will be refunded, or the amount of that item will be credited back to the original card, and the order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.
*We use 100% recycled materials for all of our packing and shipping supplies. We know the waste that shipping can create and we want to do our part in using only recycled materials to send our products to you.
JONES + CO ships internationally to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand (with some exceptions). There is a $150 minimum purchase required for international shipments.
To receive a shipping quote please contact us at JONES + CO with the items and quantities you’d like to purchase as well as your exact address.
You will then receive a shipping quote and a payment option. Once payment has been made and your package ships you will receive an email confirmation which includes all pertinent tracking information.
Please be aware all international orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX and generally take 6-12 business days. All sales are final- returns are not accepted on international sales.
JONES + CO is not responsible for import fees, taxes, vats or any other customs fees should your package be processed by customs.
If customs does process your shipment you may experience delays. If packages are refused due to unexpected customs charges you will be charged for outgoing and incoming shipping charges as well as the refusal charges. unfortunately we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they might be, and therefore suggest you contact your local customs office for additional information.
