What are my products shipped in?
Supply permitting, we ship all orders using recycled & repurposed packaging previously cycled through the shop. We do our best to make sure your order arrives safely & securely from our hearts to yours.. If you order a gift for someone special, we’ll wrap it beautifully too!
How soon will my order be shipped out?
Once your order has been placed and we have everything you selected, your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Larger items and orders may take 2-4 business days due to packing materials and time.
What is the cost to ship my order?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! Please call or email us at email@example.com to review your needs and to give you an estimate. We do offer a flat rate 2-day express option at checkout for $25.
What is my size?
We carry multiple brands in the shop that all vary in how they size. If you have a question on how something may fit you, we are more than happy to provide flat measurements over the phone or via firstname.lastname@example.org . Our team takes the time to learn how each garment fits and feels so that we can provide you with honest feedback on how it may work for you.
I see my size is sold out, can I still place an order?
If you see that your size is sold out we are occasionally able to order in for you. This process depends on product availability within the brand it is sold from and takes a little longer than the average shipping timeline. There are times where the waiting period sometimes takes a month or more. If you would like us to check on this for you, please email email@example.com with the product name and the size you would like. All size request orders must be paid in full at the time of availability confirmation in order to proceed. This transaction is final sale.
What is your return/ exchange policy?
Due to the nature of small business, we only offer exchanges at this time. For new, full price items you will need to send your goods for exchange back to us within 10 days of delivery. To begin an exchange/store credit inquiry, email firstname.lastname@example.org and please provide your name, receipt, and information regarding what you would like to exchange. For in-store and online purchases: all undies, socks, beauty, skincare, vintage, books, apothecary, and sale items are final sale. For in-store returns, please bring your purchase back to us for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

If you live locally to Boulder, or don’t mind a small single-day commute, we would love to meet you! If you are interested in modeling for us, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org sharing a little bit about you, your instagram handle, and attach a recent photo.

Are you able to source unique items?
Jones + Co. is happy to help source custom and hard to find items including rugs, pillows, and vintage finds. For any inquiries, email firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your approval program?
Our approval program applies to our decor and textiles. If you love something but aren’t 100% sure it will work in your space, we offer a 48 hour program to trial the item. We collect contact and credit card information so it’s easy to call in and be charged if you plan to keep the piece. If we do not receive any contact from you within 48 hours your card on file will be charged for the items. If any damage is done to the item we charge 100% to the card on file.
What is Jones + Co. doing to be more inclusive?
At Jones we strive to be a connector within our community. We see every person that walks into our shop as a neighbor & friend and do our absolute best to always be positive & supportive.
