Shipping
What are my products shipped in?
Whenever possible, we use recycled and repurposed packaging materials from the shop to ship your order. It’s our way of being thoughtful to the planet while making sure your items arrive safely and securely. Sending a gift? We’ll wrap it beautifully for you, too! Just let us know in the notes section when you place your order, or send us an email with your order number to info@shopjonesandco.com.
When will my order ship?
We work hard to get your order out the door as quickly as possible—typically within 1–2 business days. Larger items or high-volume orders may take a bit longer (around 2–4 business days) due to the extra time and materials needed to pack them up with care.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders $200 or more. For orders under $200, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 applies.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes—we offer a flat-rate express shipping option for $35 at checkout. While we do our best to ship express orders the same business day, we can’t guarantee faster delivery once the package is in transit. Delivery times depend on the carrier, and unfortunately, we’re not responsible for delays on their end.

How do I know my size?
We carry a variety of brands, and sizing can differ from one to the next. If you're unsure how something might fit, we're more than happy to provide flat measurements or offer guidance based on how the garment fits and feels. Just reach out to us at info@shopjonesandco.com or give us a call—we love helping you find the right fit.
My size is sold out—can I still order it?
Sometimes! If your size is sold out, we may be able to special order it for you, depending on availability from the brand. Please note that this process can take longer than standard shipping—sometimes up to a month or more.
To check availability, email info@shopjonesandco.com with the product name and size you’re looking for. If we’re able to order it in, payment will be required in full once availability is confirmed. All special size requests are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What’s your return and exchange policy?
As a small business, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only on eligible items.
For full-price, new merchandise, please send your item(s) back within 10 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or store credit. You can start the process by following the instructions in our returns portal.
For in-store purchases, you’re welcome to return eligible items for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
Final Sale Items:
All undies, socks, beauty, skincare, vintage, books, apothecary, BAGGU, and sale items are final sale—no returns or exchanges, please.

Do you offer design trade discounts?
Yes—we love supporting our fellow designers and stylists! To access your trade discount, please email us at info@shopjonesandco.com so we can set up a trade profile for you.
Can you help source unique items?
Absolutely. Jones + Co. is happy to help source one-of-a-kind and hard-to-find pieces, including rugs, pillows, and vintage treasures. Just send your inquiry to info@shopjonesandco.com and we’ll see what we can find for you.
What is your approval program?
Not totally sure if a piece will work in your space? Our approval program lets you take home select decor and textiles for a 24-hour trial.
We collect full payment and a 3% processing fee at the time of checkout. If we don’t hear from you by the close of the next business day, we’ll assume the item is a keeper. Please note: if an item is damaged during the trial period, it becomes final sale.
