Refund policy

Our return policy is built with intention—to honor both people and planet. As a small business supporting other small-batch makers and artisans, we avoid overproduction and waste wherever possible. Thank you for helping us support sustainability, creativity, and community.


We only offer exchanges or store credit.

We do not offer refunds. Please read the policies below carefully for online, in-store, and international orders.


Online Orders (Domestic Only)

You may return eligible items for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused
  • In new condition
  • In original packaging, with all tags attached

We use re:do to make returns easier:

  • If you add re:do ($1.98) at checkout, you’ll qualify for free, unlimited returns for exchange or store credit.
  • If you don’t add re:do, you are responsible for the cost of your return shipping.

Once your exchange is approved, you must ship your return within 48 hours. If we don’t receive tracking within that window, we cannot guarantee the availability of your exchange item.

Damaged or Missing Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. We must be notified of any damage or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

We are vigilant against return fraud and will not honor any return requests involving deceptive practices. Any fraudulent orders will be ineligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.


In-Store Returns

We offer exchange or store credit only on eligible in-store purchases within 7 days of purchase.

Returned items must be:

  • New and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With tags attached

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. (See list below.)
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be refused.


Online Orders Picked Up In-Store

You will be notified via email when your order is “Ready for Pick-Up.” Once notified, you have 3 business days to pick it up. After that window, the in-store return policy (7 days) goes into effect.


Items Purchased With Store Credit or Gift Card

We can only offer same-day exchanges for items bought using a store credit or gift card. These purchases are otherwise final sale.


Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders
  • Gift cards
  • All food and beverage items
  • Undies, swimwear, and socks
  • Vintage goods
  • Beauty, fragrance, wellness, and CBD
  • Sale items marked 30% off or more
  • All plants
  • Seasonal items
  • BAGGU
  • International orders
