100 points is equal to $3 in JONES + CO Store Credit and you can earn additional points on your birthday, by leaving reviews, and for signing up for our newsletter.

How do I earn points?
You'll earn points every time you shop with us while logged into your account. Keep an eye out for bonus point opportunities, birthday rewards, and other exclusive member perks throughout the year.
When will my points appear?
Points are added to your account 8 days after your order has been processed. This allows time for any returns or exchanges before rewards are issued.
What can I use my points on?
Almost everything! Use your rewards as a discount on your total purchase, whether you're shopping clothing, accessories, clean beauty, home goods, gifts, or a little bit of everything.
I forgot to log into my account. Can points be added later?
Reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee points can be added after an order has been placed.
