Shipping + Fulfillment
The Jones Girls pack and ship with care—usually within 24–36 hours of your order being placed, as long as all items are in stock.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on what’s most efficient.
Please note:
- Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Small Batch, Real-Time Inventory
We do our best to keep our online inventory current—but in small batch life, shelf turnover is fast.
If something sells out before we can fulfill your order:
- You’ll be notified by email or phone.
- We’ll issue a refund for the unavailable item(s), or send a partial shipment based on your preference.
Sustainable Shipping
We use 100% recycled and repurposed materials to pack and ship your orders—turning what could be trash into treasure, and doing our part to minimize waste.
Shipping Rates + Options
- Free domestic shipping on orders $250+
- Flat rate of $12 on domestic orders under $250
- Expedited 1–2 business day shipping available for $45 (U.S. only)
We do our best to ship expedited orders same-day, but cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. Delays with USPS, UPS, or FedEx are beyond our control.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order in person? Select “Pick Up” at checkout.
You’ll receive an email when it’s ready. Orders can be picked up during regular store hours.
We have limited back office space, so we kindly ask that you pick up your order within 24 hours of notification, when possible.
