Our first in-house label, the previously named Parker Sweater Blanket, now called the Jones blanket, is crafted in partnership with producers in Peru with fair trade and sustainability as one of its core points. The marriage of comfort and style, each throw has been thoughtfully crafted in Peru from a luxuriously soft and cozy alpaca wool blend, traditionally spun for a close-knit with a supple hand feel. Softer, warmer, and lighter than traditional wool blankets, our Parker blanket is the ideal medium-weight blanket that you'll treasure for many years to come.

RETURNS POLICY

Online Returns with Re:do

As a small business we can only offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days from the delivery date of your order. only goods that are returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging are accepted. Our final sale items are the same as reflected above.

Customers now have the option to pay $2.98 using re:do at the time of purchase to later quality for free, unlimited returns on your order. If you do not purchase re:do at checkout, you will be responsible for all costs for your return.

jones + co will process your online order within 24-36 hours given all items are in stock. orders are shipped via usps, ups and fedex. we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once it has been shipped. any damage to a received shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

1-2 business day expedited shipping is available at an additional rate of $30.00 USD for domestic orders only (excludes international shipping)

we strive to keep the website’s inventory updated at all times, but in small batch life in shop shelf life is swift. if an item is sold out, you will be notified via email or telephone. orders with sold out items will be refunded back to the original card, or the remaining order will be sent partially fulfilled, per the customer’s wishes.

we use 100% recycled & repurposed materials for all of our packing and shipping supplies in to transcend trash into treasure & minimize waste.
