Watermelon Cucumber Salad

In the heat of summer, I crave this refreshing Watermelon Cucumber Salad endlessly. It brightens the mood, and quenches everyone's thirst. And it's so simply to make! With the addition of Flamingo Estate Persimmon Vinegar, it also offers a zing to cleanse the palette, and pairs wonderfully with an Orange Wine. Here's how to make it!

 

Ingredients

1 Small Organic Watermelon

1 Bunch of Organic Basil

1 Organic Persian Cucumber

2 Tbs Flamingo Estate Olive Oil

1 Tbs Flamingo Estate Persimmon Vinegar

1 Pinch Pineapple Collective Salt 

 

To Make: Chop watermelon into 1inch cubes, thinly slice cucumber, pop on the basil, and then pour that evoo and vinegar on o' natural! Sprinkle salt to taste and enjoy!
